TERMS OF SALE
If you are under 18 years of age you may not place an order form this site.
As the sellers, we have the right to make any changes to our site.
Nothing in our terms will affect your rights as a buyer.
By accepting your order upon delivery, this will be deemed as evidence of your acceptance of your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
RIGHTS OF THE SELLER
The seller reserves the rights to withdraw or adjust prices of any of the products on the website, whenever it is chosen to do so.
The seller will not be liable to anyone for removing any stock from the website or refusing to process an order when chosen not to.
ORDERING FROM US
When you place an order with us via our website, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email, detailing what you have ordered and where its going to.
We will accept your order when it is dispatched. Once dispatched a purchase contract will be made provided that full payment has been received successfully. We do however reserve the right to cancel your order, or removed items from your order.
We may cancel your order if:
-We are unable to obtain payment or if we can not receive authorisation for payment.
-If we have made an error with stock levels, pricing or description.
-If your order is thought to be for for non domestic or for commercial use.
-If you do not follow our terms and conditions.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices of good specified on our website are inclusive of VAT ^^^^^^^^^ (children’s wear is exempt from VAT ?)
Delivery charges are not included in the purchase price of the good, but will be added at checkout before payment is taken.
Payment of goods and delivery must be received in full before the order can be sent to the buyer.
The buyer is required to inspect the goods upon receiving the order. If there are any faulty or damaged goods within the order we request you notify us within 10 days of receiving the order in order for us to send a replacement exchange. We accept unwanted goods back within 14 days of receipt of receiving the items, provided they are unworn, undamaged (unless specified on delivery) and with the original tags intact. You must accept responsibility to return any unwanted orders at your own cost. The delivery will remain the buyers responsibility until it is received back by us.
For most items, by law the buyer has the right to cancel any orders placed within 7 working days for a refund less delivery costs. If the order has not yet been dispatched we are happy to cancel any unwanted orders in full. If it has been dispatched already it will be processed as a return.
Order returns must be made in writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and reason for return within 7 working days and must be received within 14 days of the receipt of delivery.
If you wish to receive an exchange please let us know of the email and subject to stock availability can be arranged. If you wish to return unwanted items, please as above, notify us within 7 days or receiving your order. We must receive the goods back within 14 days to process a refund or exchange.
When placing an order or signing up to our newsletter, you will be asked for certain information to process the order, such as phone number, email and delivery and billing addresses. This information may be held purely to communicate with the customer regarding orders or door targeted communication of certain products that we feel may interest you. They will never be shared with any third parties for their own use or marketing. No other companies will have access to your personal details.
