Damaged/Faulty
The buyer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receiving the order. If item/s are faulty or damaged the buyer must notify Bow&Bo within 10 days of receiving the order. Email returns@bowandbo.com You will be asked to return the item/s with original tags intact for inspection and should we agree a refund will be offered.
Unwanted
Bow&Bo accepts unwanted goods back within 14 days of receiving the items **provided they are unworn, undamaged and with the original tags intact.
The buyer is responsible to return any unwanted item/s via a tracked delivery method of your choice at your cost. The delivery will remain the buyers responsibility until it is received by our warehouse. Bow&Bo cannot refund missing mail without proof of postage.
Within your order will be our returns/exchange form, please complete in full (including your order number) and send with your unwanted item/s. Your return/exchange must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item/s.

If the order has not yet been dispatched by law the buyer has the right to cancel any orders placed within 7 working days for a refund less delivery costs. If the order has been dispatched it will be processed as a return. Please follow above returns policy.
You will receive an email confirming that your refund/exchange has been processed.
